Project Description:
This university project features Lexington Series Maple casework with gray epoxy work surfaces and shelving. A pair of stainless steel support posts at each dry bench add a unique mark to this beautiful research facility. Custom epoxy sink stations were built to incorporate adjustable shelves, a drying rack, an adjustable glassware rack, and plumbing and electrical fixtures. Some peninsula benches incorporate removable divider panels to separate areas without building permanent walls. Large writing desks were created with both privacy and outside lighting in mind. The side of the desk facing the window was left open to allow maximum light and view, while the opposite side of the desk has a divider panel for privacy and separation from the research area.
