NAME: Bruce Weaver

TITLE: Estimating Manager

As manager of our estimating department, Bruce manages our bid schedule for all offices.  Bruce's knowledge of our products helps lead to clear-cut estimates.  He began working with New England Lab as an estimator in 2003 and currently manages our estimating department and bid schedule.  Bruce works with owners and contractors to provide preliminary budgets, value engineering and establish a clear scope of work.
