JOB NAME: Arvinas | Office to Lab Conversion

CONTRACTOR: O,R,&L Construction

After a prior successful lab buildout for Arvinas in June of 2020, NEL Direct was selected to outfit an office to lab conversion in New Haven in collaboration with O,R&L Construction and Svigals + Partners. Cambridge Series tables with bay frame overhead slotted shelving and phenolic tops were utilized for a fully adaptable solution and a shorter lead time. Vacuum and electrical services were connected from an overhead service carrier to the workstations for easy plug and play flexibility. Base cabinets with phenolic tops, sinks and pegboards formed a solid foundation, completing the space.
