Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. had a desire to upgrade their Stratham, NH location with a redesigned Research and Development space, Quality Control Lab, and a state of the art Taste Testing area. The distinctively different spaces made this a unique and exciting project to be involved with. New England Lab set up the R&D Lab with stainless steel base cabinets topped with thick marble surfaces providing a superior area to the Master Chocolatier to create innovative and exciting products. A custom maple wood veneer display cabinet wall was created to showcase the chocolate creations. The QC Lab features fume hoods and square-leg, plug and play Altus lab benches with blue epoxy work surfaces. To keep their utensils and surroundings clean, a stainless steel washing station with extra tall backsplash was set up in an adjacent room. The preparation room of the tasting area featured a custom blue color on the painted steel base cabinets to match the corporate brand.
