This ten-story research building provides laboratories for biology, chemistry, biomedical engineering and bioformatics. The laboratory furniture was a mixture of materials including Manchester Series painted steel casework, Lexington Series plain-sliced maple casework and many custom 12ft. bench hoods and floor-mounted hoods. Work surfaces are grey epoxy-resin. A large scale mock-up was built at New England Lab's facility to coordinated MEP systems and to accommodate end user review prior to fabrication.
