Getting the most out of My Account

By creating an account on the New England Lab site, many features are available to you!

• Multi-site Login: Single Login Access to all of the websites within the New England Lab family.

• My Portfolio: Create your own custom collection of case studies, project photos, products and resources. Then - Invite others to view your projects - where you can communicate and collaborate with colleagues. Learn More

• Save Time: Store a profile along with company information 
   

How do I create my own account?

To create your own account first click the ‘my account’ button on the very top right of any page.

1. Then click the ‘create an account’ button on the right, or the ‘register’ button on the left hand side bar. You will be brought to the ‘create a profile’ page.
2. Enter your first and last name, email, company, password and your address.
3. Please also answer the questions at the bottom of the page.
4. Once you have filled out your profile, click ‘register.’ You will now be registered and logged in! Your name will appear at the top of the screen, next to ‘my account.’
5. You will receive a confirmation email shortly.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password to log in to your account, simply click the ‘forgot password’ button below the log in fields. Enter your email address and press ‘go.’ Your password will be emailed to you shortly.

How do I log in?

If your name does not appear at the top right of the screen, then you are not logged in.

1. To log in, simply click the ‘my account’ button and enter your email and password in the left hand side bar.
2. Then click ‘log in.’

How do I log off?

To log off from your account, simply click the ‘log off’ button at the top right of your screen, next to ‘my account.’

How do I navigate through my account?

Once you are logged in, click ‘my account,’ and use the left hand side bar to navigate to specifics of your account. Edit your information in ‘my profile,’ edit your billing and shipping address, or add another address in ‘my addresses,’ and add , create or view saved portfolios in ‘my portfolio.’

How do I add a new address to my account?

To add a new address to your account, log in and click ‘my account.’

1. On the left hand side bar click ‘my addresses.’ Here you can add a new address and edit existing addresses by clicking on them.
2. Choose which address you would like to be your primary, etc. Remember to save when you are done.
