The lab has been equipped with painted steel mobile cabinets and Cambridge Series benches and tables, all featuring durable phenolic tops. These features offer the versatility needed for a dynamic student-led lab environment. Recognizing the importance of safety in a laboratory setting, Virginia Tech has adopted Pro Series fume hood labs and Movex local exhaust systems. These facilities not only enhance the university’s academic infrastructure but also underscore their commitment to fostering an innovative and secure learning environment for their students. Through this initiative, Virginia Tech has once again demonstrated its dedication to academic excellence and student success.
