William & Mary finished off their integrated science concept with the construction of the ISC 3 building. This new research complex will promote collaboration and flexibility between various departments and disciplines. New England Lab supplied plain sliced white birch fixed island wood veneer casework and mobile cabinets with black epoxy work surfaces and heavy duty fume hoods. Overhead shelving on the fixed casework portion of the bench were made identical to the integrated freestanding benches for a uniform look with the ability to reconfigure. Modified overhead service carriers provide services to the freestanding bench systems through quick connect hoses and twist lock pulls. Stainless steel casework is located in the vivarium to provide durability and corrosion resistance in the high moisture area. Specialty science cabinets were provided for the storage of zoology, entomology and herbarium specimens.
